I will only start working after I received full payment.

Default canvas size is 3000x3000 px, 300 dpi. If you'd like me to make bigger canvas size, please inform me when ordering. I cannot change canvas size in the middle of process.

Please tell me if you'd like the drawing to be done in CMYK or RGB format.

I can only do my own artstyle, I cannot emulate or imitate different artists' styles. I also do not copy work of other artists. Your own OCs is okay. I will draw pets and fanarts (anime/movies/games/etc) are okay if I confirmed that I'm able to do it. If you force me, I have the right to refuse.

Sketch will be provided, you have maximum of 2 revisions for free.

Please inform me about the illustration details, colors of choice, pose, etc when you're ordering.

Minor / major changes after being sent the finished commission preview will be charged.

Illustration will be sent in .PNG format. I cannot do or offer any vector illustration. All drawn by hand.

You are allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use. But if you need it for commercial purposes, please order it through e-mail as I have different pricing for them.

You will receive 1) watermarked PNG file & 2) non-watermarked PNG file. Feel free to upload the watermarked file online! Do not publicly upload non-watermarked file anywhere! You can use the non-watermarked file as a tattoo design or as prints to decorate your space.

I hold the right to the artwork I create for you. Commissions might be uploaded to my social medias as my portfolio! (i.e. on Tiktok as timelapse drawing process, or on ig as a finished commissioned piece). Please inform me if you are not comfortable with me posting your commission publicly!

You are not allowed to claim/repost/trace the piece as your own art.

Once I already send the sketch preview, it's non-refundable. You can cancel it but I will not refund the payment. Refund will only be done if you want to cancel before I send you any sketch preview.

By ordering, you are agreeing to all that stated above.

You can email me to order a commercial use commission or order it via Ko-Fi for personal use. Please include all details, photo references, color choices, etc.

Drawing time from start to finish: 3-14 business days (depends on how busy I am with my classes & part time job). I will take commissions in batches and close the commission once the batch waitlist is full. Every single commission that I have confirmed will be updated on the batch waitlist within 24 hours after my confirmation. If you don't see your order number there, please inform me!

Sketch will be provided and you're allowed to make revisions. Maximum of 2 revisions for free. If you need more revisions, additional fee will be charged.

Once sketch is approved by clients to be good to go, I will start outlining and coloring.

Finished commissioned piece will be sent to the client. If the client wants to do any minor/major changed, an additional fee will be charged. Fee will depend on how much changes the client wants to make.

use it for personal use (print it, use it as a tattoo design on your body, etc which are within the personal use purpose).

post the commissioned piece on social media or use it as a display on any platform. Credit will always be appreciated! (Only upload the watermarked one!)

use the commissioned piece for commercial use only if the client has paid for commercial use. PLEASE DON'T MAKE IT INTO NFT!

Refunds are not applicable if the client is unsatisfied with the finished piece. Please make sure that you're happy with the details before you confirm the sketch.

If I cannot finish the commissioned piece due to anything bad happening on my end (for example: natural disasters, sickness, broken devices, or anything bad which I do not have any power to prevent.), I'll refund the client 50% if I have sent the sketch, and full refund if I haven't sent the sketch.

If the client contacts me through email and I have confirmed the commission, the client have 7 business days to make the payment so I can start working on the sketch. If the client failed to make the payment, I will notify the client and wait 24 hours for a response. If I don't get any response or the payment within 24 hours, I will cancel the commission and open the slot for the next client.
